room size lack of soundproofing missing amenities
the hotel has complimentary water brought daily. it is a nice touch, especially during warmer months.
The rooms were not soundproof. I could hear every sound in the corridors and from other rooms, even when people were showering. rooms are also too small considering the price. my room lacked a kettle and a fridge.

fantastic stay!
attentive staff prompt request fresh pastries central location
the staff were attentive. they addressed all requests promptly and efficiently. the breakfast had a great variety. i especially liked the fresh pastries and fruit selection. the location was central and convenient for exploring the city. i also appreciated the complimentary water provided daily.
the elevator was a bit slow sometimes, i had to wait a little longer.

my room included blackout curtains, which i found useful for sleeping. the bed was comfortable, and i slept well. the bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries. i found these conveniences particularly helpful.

small room uncomfortable bedding
the location was acceptable enough, putting me close to where i needed to be.
the room was small. i struggled to move around the bed and barely had room to put my clothes away. the bed and bedding were also quite uncomfortable making sleep difficult. i also found that the tea and coffee facilities were not adequately stocked for two people.

faulty air conditioning poor service
The location was good because it was close to the metro.
The air conditioning in my room did not work well. It seemed to make the room warmer. I mentioned this problem, but no fix happened. Sleeping was difficult, and the service was disappointing.

the location was very convenient, i found it easy to get around. the staff were friendly and helpful, they always had a smile.
the room was small with little hanging space. i noticed there were two cups but no teaspoons, a bit annoying.
