the hotel has complimentary water brought daily. it is a nice touch, especially during warmer months.
The rooms were not soundproof. I could hear every sound in the corridors and from other rooms, even when people were showering. rooms are also too small considering the price. my room lacked a kettle and a fridge.

I found the staff lovely. Beatrice at the desk was particularly helpful. She were pretty good too assist me. The facilities in the hotel are amazing, it.
The rooms were very noisy. I could clearly hear cars and motorbikes racing up the avenue. It felt as though the windows were open, even though they were closed. This made it difficult to sleep well.

the room was small. i struggled to move around the bed and barely had room to put my clothes away. the bed and bedding were also quite uncomfortable making sleep difficult. i also found that the tea and coffee facilities were not adequately stocked for two people.
